Enjoy sushi, sake and playful cocktails at Noyane rooftop bar.
Noyane is one of the city’s newest Japanese bars. Found inside (or, more appropriately, on top) of the Conrad Chicago on East Erie Street, it is a sophisticated place to enjoy a fantastic drink, snack, or meal.
The name of this restaurant is Japanese for ‘hidden roof,’ which makes it an especially fitting moniker. This seasonal spot is indeed an outdoor rooftop bar experience, offering incredible views of the Chicago skyline that perfectly complement an elegant approach to food and drink. Japanese whisky, sake, and beer are all on the menu here, as are a collection of intriguing cocktails. Sake sangria, with its watermelon, grapes, and Eu de Vie, sounds like a particularly refreshing option. On the bites side, you’ll find top-notch sushi, sashimi, and nigiri, as well as Japanese-inspired barbecue. Don’t overlook the hot stone wagyu — it’s an exciting way to enjoy a decadent piece of beef!
