Fill Up On Bulgogi and More at Iron Age Korean Steakhouse

Find authentic Korean-style barbecue at Iron Age Korean Steakhouse.

Providing authentic, all-you-can-eat Korean-style barbecue, Iron Age Korean Steakhouse opened its first Chicagoland location on Milwaukee Avenue earlier this year.

If you've never been to a Korean barbecue place, here's how it works: when you're seated, you'll notice a burner built in to the table. When the staff comes by to take your order, you can select the cuts of meat and/or vegetables that you want to try first, in batches of three at a time (most folks in the know tend to order the plain cuts first, then work their way up to the spicy marinated meats). If you want some guidance, the waitstaff is happy to walk you through the various options. Yelpers particularly recommend the Iron Age steak, spicy pork bulgogi, and steamed egg. You'll also find plenty of japchae, noodles, and veggie side dishes, as well as an impressive array of Korean soju and imported beers. Be sure to come hungry!
