Grab traditional Peruvian dishes with fusion plates at Cabra.

There’s a new rooftop restaurant in town, and you’re definitely going to want to stop by. Cabra is the newest addition to the rooftop at The Hoxton Hotel. This Peruvian-fusion spot is the latest brainchild of Chicago-native celeb chef, Chef Stephanie Izard. Izard has won Top Chef, Iron Chef and a James Beard award for her other Chicago spot, Girl and the Goat. All those who have visited so far agree that Cabra will be her next big thing.

The menu mixes up traditional Peruvian dishes with fusion plates made for sharing, so grab a few friends and make a reservation! For brunch lovers, visit on the weekend between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. for the best meal of the week. One of the quick favorites is the black plantain waffles topped with chicharron and pickled mango syrup for the perfect salty, sweet combo. They also serve up lunch and dinner daily, with highlights being the fresh ceviche that will transport you to the Peruvian coast and the goat empanadas with a perfectly crispy, buttery exterior. Grab one of their specialty cocktails and get cozy, you’re in for a culinary treat!
